Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Cushwa, we combined the earthy and floral flavors of Matcha Powder with a little bit of sweet Clover Honey to let the madness run wild in this crisp rice lager. Ohhh Yeahhh!

Incarnate

This hazy double was spun hot with Sabro Incognito, and Mosaic hops. Then it was hit hard with Mosaic Spectrum, and Citra hops in its prime.

Doppelganging

German style strong lager originally brewed by monks to get them through a lengthy fast. Known as liquid bread.

Plausible Undeniability

Crispy, Dry, Hop Forward Brew with Simcoe, Chinook and Citra for a Dank & Aromatic Treat with notes of Citrus & Pine.

This chocolate porter was brewed with cacao nibs and cocoa powder from Zoe's Chocolates, then conditioned on more cacao nibs, cocoa powder, and lactose

We were a little Reckless with this Imperial Stout...Double Fudge Brownies, Dark Chocolate, and Cold Brewed Coffee before aging 12 months in a Bourbon Barrel.

Safe Passage

West Coast style IPA brewed by Gearhouse in collaboration with Rough Edges. Hopped with Apollo, Citra, Chinook, and Simcoe for notes of pine, resin, and candied citrus.

Quarantine Drip

Hazy IPA, triple dry hopped exclusively with southern hemisphere hops. Galaxy, Enigma, and Vic Secret do damage with this tropical punch in the mask.

Reckless Breakfast Rum Barrel Aged '24

Questionable Ethics Bourbon Barrel Aged

Aged for 1,000 days, this medium bottled oatmeal stout was one our first stouts! It has a subtle toasted finish courtesy of the Smoked Cacao Nibs we conditioned it on.
